Lengthily with many interviews with people in a similar role, which I liked. Then you need to do a writing test based on an HBS case, where the time is really short, so prepare for that. I recommend asking how they will evaluate your performance before you sign with them, so that expectations are documented & clear from both sides via some metric/scorecard.
