Smooth & seamless interview process, I arrived and was seen to immediately. The interviewer described what they would like to achieve in the business in the next 6 months & their vision of company growth. Half of the interview was competency based & a general getting to know me to see if we would work well. I was offered the position at the end of the interview, given a start date & HR followed through with a contract in a matter of days! Definitely the best interview process I have experienced so far & communication with the company was excellent, I was never left waiting on when I would hear back and was given feedback immediately.
