Harris County Precinct 4 interview questions

Long and tedious process. It took a total of four months upon application submission, two interviews (one phone and one panel). When they state they will reach out in 2-3 weeks that is not accurate it’s more of a month before you hear a rejection or moving on to the next step. Questions were based on what interested you in the role and what you can bring to the table. I had two interviews with two different divisions with Harris county and hated both. In both occasions they were a few minutes late and some questions were honestly pointless most of the staff look like they don’t even want to be there, which is discouraging. During the whole process salary rate was not brought up once even though I was one of the finalist.
