The interview was straightforward and at the end was a 2 hour test. After I received an offer for a zero hour contract that we didn't discuss and after asking for clarification they never replied back.

Interview
Had a short phone call interview, then they sent me a 90 minute ecology test. In they end they bait and switched me and told me all they could offer me was a zero hour contract, even though that is not what they advertised.
