Harbinger Sign interview questions

Initially brought in by Peoplr. First round was a phone call, then a cognitive test, followed by a zoom interview with Peoplr. After that was a final interview with the CEO and sales director. Peoplr director and the CEO had a outstanding outlook, vibe and was a pleasure to interview with. The sales director however....... He comes from a different industry and you can tell. Seems he was looking for a cookie cutter used car salesman who will reply "how high" when he demands for you to jump. He also mentioned daily sales meetings every single morning. That is a huge red flag of micro managing. There is no logical reason to have meetings every morning, that does not build moral. That will lead to employees being demoralized. Seems like he might have picked that up during a sales manager convention held at a Holiday Inn on how to boost your employee sales.
