Coordinator, Export Customer Service Booking Interview

      May 22, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Atlanta, GA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hapag-Lloyd (Atlanta, GA) in May 2019

      Interview

First I had to take the cognitive and behavioral assessment. I recommend practicing on the cognitive part. If you make it past that, they'll schedule an interview. This was one of the easiest interviews I've had. I was interviewed by two managers. They asked me to tell them about myself and then asked the most text book interview questions possible. After answering each question (that they took turns reading off a sheet), they would write down my response.

      Interview questions [4]

      Question 1

      Describe your ideal manager.
      Answer question

      Question 2

Name a time you made a mistake at work and how did you overcome it.

      Question 3

How would your coworkers describe you?
