Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read that you did not have a positive experience. We wish that we could move forward with all of our candidates after a phone screen but that is not possible. I am glad to hear that your recruiter was professional and respectful of your time. We do strive to treat our candidates with the utmost courtesy. Hanover does make accommodations for candidates with special needs for example a Skype or in-person interview in lieu of a phone screen for a candidate with hearing difficulties however we can only make these accommodations when a candidate discloses their special need when we are scheduling the interview. Since Glassdoor is an anonymous forum, there is no way for Hanover to know who you are and follow-up with you directly as requested. I suggest reaching out to your recruiter by email if you wish to re-engage in the interview process with reasonable accommodations for your special needs.
