The day after I submitted my application online, I was invited to take their online assessment, which took maybe 20-30 mins. There were non-work related scenarios that you had to answer in two minutes with no option of a backspace key - I think this is to see how you think, how creative you are, etc. Then your basic "what word doesn't belong" type SAT questions. A day after that, I received an email from HR asking to set up a time to talk on the phone. The interview was brief because of a detail that wasn't mentioned in the ad that prevented me from taking the job, but the HR rep was pleasant and it sounded like the interview was going to be more of a "tell me about your self, how do your experiences apply to this job," etc kind of interview.
