I applied online and heard back within less than two weeks to schedule an initial phone interview. The phone interview was with HR and was pretty basic, including questions about my background/experience and followed by a more detailed description of the position. Afterwards, I was emailed the link to complete the online Berke assessment which took about an hour. Within a week I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview at Hanover's Ballston office. It lasted about 1.5 hours, as I spoke with three different people within the department separately. The questions were about what I expected in relation to my experiences and the job position itself, but I also prepared extensively beforehand. They also left ample time within each interview slot for me to ask more questions about the company/position, so make sure to prepare a variety of questions ahead of time. I heard back in three days that I got the job. Overall, it was a very positive interview process!
