Approachable interviewers, asked about experience to date, what I could bring to the table, favourite campaign, strengths and weaknesses, as well as a lot about the role and what my day to day would look like.

The questions I mentioned within the process above.
Online first-stage interview with two interviewers. Asked me questions about both my experiences and own knowledge surrounding my own understanding of political landscape. Explained the role to me and answered all my questions. However at the end one of the interviewers was sat on her phone whilst I was asking my questions.
It was a 45 minute interview with two members of the team. Everything was relatively informal and quite conversational with the interviewees asking fairly broad questions. This was then followed by a second interview and written test to be completed back to back.
