An internal recruiter from Handshake reached out to me after I applied for this position. I have a pretty extensive recruitment advertising background, so Handshake would've ideally been an easy transition. The recruiter was extremely rude. I passed and when on to the next steps. Surprise, surprise, the leader of the CSM team is even ruder than he was. She was not interested in interviewing, sounded very socially awkward, and I was thanking myself for not wanting to take it any further.
