Halo Financial interview questions

Very progressive. I was interviewed while going through various stages of lockdown and so the process was entirely virtual. The number of stages were reduced as I agreed to recording the interviews and that meant other stakeholders could review the recordings. Interviews started on time and the purpose was made clear to me in advance so I could prepare appropriately. Everyone I met during the interview seemed genuinely nice and engaged with what they were doing.

A very friendly recruiter, that was eager to help with the process during all steps. The interview process was smooth, quick and with constant communication. The interviews were informative and they spoke of the mission of the company. The company culture appeared to be a team effort on all levels. Overall I was very impressed with the company and the whole process.
