The process was good until the interview- the interview itself felt like they didnt know what they were looking for and limited questions were asked and not any leading questions after responses were given. After that i never heard back so presuming they went in another direction, fair enough- because i had decided that it wasnt what i was looking for during the interview due to lack of direction. Then a few months later i then got an automatic email. At this point i think id rather have not received the automatic email as the moment had passed. As they were looking for someone to start in the position at the beginning of January- interviewed end of November received auto email start of February.
