Had a screening call that seemed to go well, was told very clear and plain that I'd hear for a second interview. Followed up a few weeks later after not hearing anything, was told they were still interviewing (yeah... trying to find out if I'M getting an interview). Ghosted from there out until I got an email stating I wasn't chosen another few weeks later. Obviously they knew they were not considering me at all, why make me wait 6 weeks? Unprofessional. Additionally, they wanted to pay about $30k under market for the role. They want senior experience for junior money for the privilege of working for their company that you could be laid off at at any moment. Don't waste our time.
