Simple and straightforward. Two stages. Written technical stage and a second round of behavioural testing with panelists. For the technical part, be prepared to answer questions on physics, doesn’t matter what your major was. And the behavioural part consist of scenario based questions which you should approach using the STAR method

Got a phone interview after submitting my resume online for about two months. The process was fast. They asked some questions regarding my education, background, and skills. Got a call from the hiring manager for an onsite interview within a week.

On campus interview, went in and lasted about 45 minutes. Very easy. They just asked me questions about my resume and how willing I was to travel. Then they said they would contact me about the next steps in the hiring process.
