I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hajoca Corporation (Fort Collins, CO) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview process is highly selective, takes a long time and is not easy to get through. In the end, the company representatives illustrated a fair picture of the company as a whole and I was not let down after starting the position. The interview process for higher level positions can take up to or longer than 3 months and is very rigorous.

Question 1
They asked me where I would like to be in 5 years.
Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.
