I did not have the best experience interviewing with this company. The process started with an agency recruiter, followed by an hour-long interview with the hiring manager. After that, I completed an almost three-hour online assessment, and then had an additional one-hour interview with the company’s psychologist. After investing all of that time, I received a short text a couple of days later stating they would not be moving forward, with no feedback or explanation.
Overall, the process felt very unprofessional and left a poor impression. If a company is going to require that much time and effort from candidates, the least they can do is provide respectful communication and meaningful feedback.
