Interview process first went through an agency and then when I met with a havo manager for the area I would be in, I waited for a short while to be collected and then was taken up to a small office room where I was asked how many hours I could do or wanted to do, and honestly that was pretty much it. As far as interviews go, it was easy and wasn’t full of unnecessary questions which I’m glad for, but I do think it was kind of a pointless journey when I’d already told several people at the agency what hours I wanted to do. Lots of repetitive questioning but glad the interview was simple.
