Interview
It was not bad, they were really asking easy questions. As we all know nurse will be easily accepted because of the need to widen the staff numbers. Overall, there is nothing to be worried about.
The interview process was quick and straightforward, focusing on resume details. Staff were friendly and welcoming, but communication afterward was lacking, leaving uncertainty about next steps in the overall experience.

Short and quick process. Great panel, great questions, great conversation. Basic behavioral questions and deep drive into my experience. Had time to ask questions to better know the team and the hospital.

Took forever to get an interview and even longer than that to get feedback on the interview. I'm ok with not being hired , but a candidate should be told that weren't selected, especially when it is impossible to reach HR recruiters
