Human Resources calls and sells this company really hard. They tell you that the benefits and culture are wonderful. That is where it stops being positive. You go to a lobby that has no reception and you sit there for quite some time till a person comes and asks you if you need help, but prior to that NUMEROUS employees pass you and say nothing. RED FLAG. I met with one of the marketing managers and she didn't shake my hand, and she was aggressive, egotistical, and dismissive. I knew that I would not work well with her at all. I then met with a Sales Manager who wasn't in the office that day. RED FLAG. I had two phone interviews after that with Sales and they felt that the position I was applying for was more with them, and that my interaction with marketing would be limited. It was so dramatic. I could tell there was conflict.
I continued to look and have since found a great job!
Six weeks later they just emailed me to tell me they are moving forward with someone else. HA... really, did you think I was waiting around on this?
If you want to be treated like crap... interview at HSA Bank. Heaven help those who work here. YOWZA
