Interview
Was called in for an interview not long after I applied. Then was called in for a second. Very simple, basic and quick interview. Nothing special. Was then told when the orientation was and that was it.
The interviewer was nice and welcoming. I was interviewing for my first job as a minor and it was a good experience. They asked me about myself and my experience and why I wanted to work there. Just be honest, open minded, and willing to learn and they will work with you.

First you set up your initial interview. Which is where you meet with the assistant manager. If that goes well then you wait for a call back (usually a business day or two, mine was immediate) and then schedule your second interview with the head manager.

Interview
I had a job referral from my friend and I personally called the HR Cell number to send my resume to his e-mail. He called me within a week to setup an interview. This was a fairly new place so they were hiring a lot of people. When i got there i waited 30-40 minutes to get a chance at my interview.

How is your punctuality?
From what a remember, there werent many questions that he asked me. He read my resume and asked me if his assumptions were true. For example, i see you have a hard work ethic, and by looking at you, it also looks like you are reliable and organized. Is that true?
