      Field Geologist Interview

      Feb 27, 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      National City, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HM Pitt Labs (National City, CA) in Jul 2014

      Interview

I sat down with Glen Montague, the Operations Manager of the company, and he looked over the resume I brought with me to the interview. He asked several questions about my background and about what it is I want to do. Over the course of the interview, he took note of the things he liked about me (handwriting, punctuality, desire to work with them) and had a point system to keep track. Mr. Montague was a respectable man who conducted a fair and straightforward interview. I do not have any complaints.

      Question 1

If hired, I would want you to stay for a minimum of three years. Is this something that you want to do and can see yourself doing for that long of a time?
