The interview process was fast but fairly standard. I got a quick call back after submitting my application, resume and work samples. They scheduled an in person interview same week. A verbal offer was provided and followed up with official paperwork shortly after.

Interview
I asked for an informational interview where I received a tour of the firm and had my portfolio reviewed. Then in turn was interviewed on the spot by one of the principals. The next week I was invited to interview with three of the principals in the conference room. Standard interview with question and answers, review of portolio, and chance for the candidate to ask questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HKIT Architects in May 2017

The company reviewed my portfolio after a referral and was asked to come to the office for an in person interview. Everyone was very friendly. After the interview got a tour of the office and was introduced to the principals.
