Interview is done via a short question answer based self recorded video of the candidate. Resume short listing is a bit strict. If you are fluent, accurate & passionate about the position it’s a easy way in, the company has great policies and compensation.

Reason to join and how I would contribute during my journey with them.
interview process was quick and average difficulty level, I got to hear back from them after a week but for few people it took 3 rounds of interview and 2 weeks to hear back. overall experience is good, work is mostly independent for interns with weekly meetings with your supervisor.

Interview
It a simple online interview asking about what do you study and hope to get out of the internship. Interview was calm and about 30 minutes. They did ask for references and some documents.
