Interview
During the recruitment process, the initial stage involves an interview with the Human Resources (HR) department. This is followed by two additional interviews, where the candidates have the opportunity to interact with former students of the institution. Through these discussions, candidates can gain insight from the experiences of these alumni, which further aids in understanding the culture and expectations of the institution.
