2 academics/staff, basic interview questions of introduce yourself, why you, why HEC, and then some curveball questions based on the CV and motivation letters. Be really solid on the first 3 questions, and the rest rolls on from there

tell us about yourself, where do you see yourself in 10 years, why HEC, why should we accept you
1 interview after pre-selection. You book a slot, access a shared room with student ambassadors and then get transferred to the room with the interviewers, generally a professor and a practitioner
first phase of selection based on background experience and CV. you upload a cover letter and add references, replying to different question related to the organization and the industry. The second round is an interview with the course director.
