first phase was based on introduction and basic knowledge.
second phase was moderate level where they ask banking related questions and third phase was elimentry where they ask problem based question.
Pretty straight forward work. have to good at handling difficult situation with customers and cash handling. Being average at maths is okay. Training regarding cash handling is done at branch only not online. You do have to manage cross selling as well.
