I recently attended the interview and completed the assessment for [US IT Recruiter, HCA Health Care]. Thank you for the opportunity. However, I would like to provide some honest feedback regarding the experience.
The assessment was very difficult and did not relate to our professional experience.
However, I would like to share some honest feedback about the experience. The assessment was quite difficult and did not seem to relate to the practical experience or responsibilities typically required for this role. It felt disconnected from the actual day-to-day tasks of a US IT Recruiter.
Additionally, I have concerns about the transparency and fairness of the recruitment process. There is a perception that some hiring decisions may be influenced by personal connections, with opportunities being extended to friends, relatives, or neighbors of internal employees. In some instances, it’s believed that assessment materials might be shared in advance, raising concerns about the integrity of the process.
If such practices continue unchecked, they could persist across future generations, ultimately impacting the credibility of the hiring system. I believe these issues may not be visible to senior leadership, such as the CEO or founder, and I hope this feedback contributes to ongoing improvements in the process.
