Interview
I arrived at the unit wearing scrubs (as instructed) and waited for several minutes before I was seen by the Director. I was passed to an LPN on staff to talk to on the floor. I sat with the Director after to do questions and answer time. I was escorted downstairs to speak with the COO and was asked more questions. I was told I was hired by the COO but then got a call from the Recruiter that they changed their mind.

Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and how you managed it.
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.

Average interview experience. Lasted 30 minutes and shadowed unit. Interviewed by other RN as well. Asked typical interview questions. Very quick interview and hiring process. Took about 3-5 days to answer.
