I had a phone phone interview with the recruiter then with the hiring manager. After a couple of weeks I was invited to an in person interview. The questions asked were all scripted but applicable to the position. Everyone was nice, professional and up front with what they were looking for. A few weeks later I was offered the position pending a background check and drug test.

I had a phone interview to which the interviewer was 8 minutes late. I was wondering if it was actually cancelled. The questions themself were not bad. My resume was passed onto the hiring manager where they decided they did not want to move forwards. The negative aspect of the interviewer being late was not one that was easy to shake off during the interview itself.
