Interview with VP, peer interview, and then the director. Non traditional, most of it was conversation about why I wanted to work there, specifically what my goals were and what my 5 year plan was

I applied online, heard from the recruiter the same day. Interviewed with the Office Manager and Administrator at the Surgery Center in Plano 2 days later. Interview was almost 2 hours which seems excessive for a front office position. Most of the time spent was them talking to each other about things not related to the interview/position. They stressed longevity and the fact they have rarely had to hire people. I found the Administrator to be a bit patronizing and was glad an offer was not extended.
