My interview process was very smooth and all the staff I met were super helpful! I was also able to shadow on the unit after the initial interview which made me more comfortable making my final decision.

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
