Interview
After completing the application and survey, I was contacted by a recruiter via email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview took approximately 20 minutes and was very informal. I was then offered an onsite interview. The recruiter emailed confirmation of the onsite interview. There was a conflict with the initial time so I was contacted with a new interview time which was confirmed. On the day of my interview I received another email with a third time change less than two hours prior to the new interview time. However, I didn't realize the third time (for whatever reason my email only sometimes with push notifications and this was a time it decided not to) until I was called by the manager of the department.

What were the reasons you stayed with your longest employment?
Applied online and did a telephone interview. Did initial interview with director over the phone then
met again for second interview in person. At this time I did a panel interview with other staff nurses who asked me questions and I was able to ask them questions about the job. I then was called that afternoon and offered the position. Before starting I was required to complete a back ground screening, and physical screening (blood work and drug testing).
