HCA Florida Westside Hospital interview questions

I contacted the recruiter on a Sunday and had an interview set up by Monday. I interviewed Friday September 3rd. I was interviewed by 3 nurse leaders at individual times. Once the interview process was over they told me that they would inform the recruiter of their decision. I got a call back Tuesday September 7th

The recruiter described the StarRN program, it’s very straight forward on how things will go. They did look up & see what hospitals are accepting new grad nurses. They did discuss the starting pay & how much you’ll be making once on the floor.
