I was interviewed by one of the department directors in what appeared to be a make-shift office in Coral Gables. There was very poor communication, and the job requirements were very different from the job posting, and different from what was discussed in the pre-screen phone interview.

Thorough, goes through career in detail, asking questions about each job you have done. Focus on planning and selling skills as well as bringing in new business. Questions on who you are as a person.
