HASI interview questions

Two rounds interview with different directors, normal questions such as why HASI and do you know anything about excel modeling. Afterwards, the third round is an hour excel test interview and the last round will be on site interview for a case review.

HR reached out. I did the first round interview. followed by a second round modeling test. very difficult had to complete in 60 min. no templeate build everything from scratch. Did not pass because I had no modeling experience
