Sat in office and talked to department head. We went over job responsibilities and availability. She asked several questions to get an idea of the kind of person I was and how I would deal with things
Met with the manager for the department as well as 2 other store managers and interviewed for the position. It went well, they asked behavioral questions and they offered me the position on the spot
