Interview
Everyone was very nice and kind. There was a mix-up with my interview time, but I/they adapted. The branch manager and assistant manager interviewed me. They were friendly and kind.

What do you do if a co-worker is having a discouraging day?
Friendly and personable. Situational questions where you must let them know how you would handle an irritated member. Also questions pertaining to your job history. Work availability and scheduling is talked about as well as when you would be available to do training if selected.

Interview
The interview process went well initially. I applied online through their website and was contacted pretty quickly to set up an initial interview over WebEx.
I received a followup call the next business day to set up a second interview over WebEx.
After the second interview it took almost a week to hear anything. The response that was provided was an automated email thanking me for my time and stating they went with another candidate.
The next day the same position was reposted.
