The interview was with the owner of the company and the floor manager, it consisted of an initial verbal interview. The focus was on what my skills were working with fabric and sewing machines because they were hiring shop labour and sewing technicians. Although you end up working both jobs if you are hired as a sewing technician. Then the interview moved into a working interview where I demonstrated my sewing skills on their industrial sewing machines, sewing simple straight stitches over long lengths.
