I was given very short notice before my interview so my prep wasn't that great. Overall very nice people, one conversation than one case study. They do their case studies orally rather than showing a PowerPoint slide which threw me off for some reason. Case studies seemed very important to them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1st part: Standard interview questions/talking about yourself/examples that you had to show leadership, etc. 2nd part: one large case interview question with multiple parts, calculating return on investment for an acquisition, and factoring in new variables for each part
Expect common questions. Great and easy interview! The interview was communicating clearly and did not try to trick you or trip you up. Very nice interviewer and they did ask to sell myself to them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Give an example of a past project where you implemented an action plan.
2. Describe a challenging client management experience.
First there was a phone interview, then an in person interview. I received an offer for employment about a month after, so if you haven't heard back immediately it's okay!
