What I find is strange is there is a posting for a fundraiser at this nonprofit every couple of months. Is the position fake?
Either they are phishing for people to add into their database, are possibly difficult to work for, unrealistic goals or they can’t retain talent for any length of time -possibly due to low salary.

Interview
Short, they act like it is so serious, you're interviewing to scoop dog poop and don't forget that. This is a great weekend job for kids, but once you have had an actual job working here makes you more thankful you have gone to a college, got a degree and have an education. You're going to sit with 3-4 people who work in the BK, and they don't care about what is on your resume or how much education you have or how old you are a 30 year old gets paid the same a high school student, it is union it is all about how much time you spend working there. But the "panel" will ask questions about your personal your life, what your schedule it like, the usual minimum education needed type of job questions
