You need a connection with somebody at the international office or at the foreign language dept in order to get a chance for a job interview. The job interview is very casual. When you are invited to visit the school for a job interview, it's quite certain that you will get to sign a work contract. However, be sure to survey the campus and the city in various aspects before making any decision.
