I completed the first two rounds (video call with the recruiter, and SparkHire one-way interview) and did not get selected. I found the process very enjoyable, the VP of HR, Jacqueline very engaging and kind, and the company seemed very positive and passionate. While I was disappointed I didn't move forward, I enjoyed the experience and getting to know them. The process, practicing for the interview, and learning more about GrowthDay's app was a growth experience, and I'm now one step closer to landing a job at a good place and understanding what I'm looking for in my next role.
