I applied online and got an email within about a week to set up an initial phone call with a recruiter. The call lasted 20 minutes and we discussed my previous experience and what the role would consist of. A couple days later, the recruiter reached out to schedule an in-person interview which consisted of 3 back-to-back individual interviews. However, my opinion on this job is: Don't waste your time here. When I went in for the interview, one of the interviewers straight up told me that the trainers were the first to get laid off when sales don't meet the company's expectations. Looking back it seemed like foreshadowing because a week after my interview, that same location laid off 100 people. I was told that I would hear back within 3-5 days but it took more like 10. The recruiter seemed to have positive things to say about my interview and gave a vague reason why I didn't get selected to move on to the next round. What is unclear is if the recruiter didn't receive clear feedback from the interviewers, or if it was actually due to the lay-offs.
