Their interview process is almost farcical. I had to jump through absurd and unending loops. Five different interviews spaced over a month and a half, countless hours wasted, I talked with half a dozen different people and had to wait for their answers for weeks - all while I had other prospects who would have hired me immediately and that I lost in the meantime, waiting for their whimsical process. I waited and waited, often without receiving any feedback for weeks, and in the end "I'm sorry but we don't want to proceed" After one month and a half and FIVE interviews?
Seriously, this would be excessive if they were hiring a specialized neurosurgeon, but for a customer service role? That's a joke. Companies like that are the reason why workplaces are so toxic these days. Stay away from them.
