Interview
Phone interview first. Then interviewed with leasing and general manager. From there, met with RPM and was offered position the next day. They send you for a drug test which took about five days for results.

Explain a time when you went above and beyond for a prospect
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.
