I had a phone screening with one of the HR or recruiter over there, asking me if I have the experience or the number for years of experience for the position. They said they would reponse back if I was to move on to the next process and I never got a reponse heard back.

RUN! Please don’t waste your time. Offered an unlivable wage to someone with 20 years experience. Played the “we’re a family here” card and tried to win me over with a promise of a splish splash trip.
