Interview
Overall, the interview experience was positive. The interviewer was very friendly, and the questions were quite straightforward. They responded positively to my answers during the interview, which made the conversation feel comfortable and encouraging. However, I was not selected in the end.
Filled in online form and was invited for an interview which lasted about 30 minutes. Focussed on motivations, experience and situational judgement. Asked questions where I learned about expectations and progression. Very simple process.
Interviewer was nice and asked the general questions: Tell me about yourself, What's a weakness you have and when are you avaliable. Was unfortunately late to the interview due to major traffic but the interviewer was very understanding.
