Interview
In three confirmation emails I was directed to an old location for the interview. This made me late to the meeting having less than 5 minutes to drive to the correct address 20 mins away. No problem, the recruiter was running later.
The interview went seemingly well with the promise of a call later in the day to schedule a second interview. Two weeks later, no call, no second interview, no response to my inquiries... Maybe she's still running late.
The experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, detail orientation, follow-through, communication, and concern for people. With so much competition in this space, these qualities should at least be as good as your marketing and self-promotion.

Interview
We had scheduled an interview where we discussed the position and what they offered. It was very through and explained how the company worked and what I would be doing within the company.

From A to Z this was a negative experience. The job posting had nothing to do with what they actually want you to do. Regardless of the job title you will have to start from a very low level of canvasing by phone or by going from door to door. The "so called" HR office was located in a very nice office building, BUT it was not a real office, in fact it's just a virtual office where they rent the space by the hour/day just to impress. The HR person was absolutely unprepared, had no idea who she was talking with, could not read the dates on my CV, and mainly she just praised the company, gave me a spiel which felt like sales pitch about solar panels. She had other kinds of nonsense which had nothing to do with an interview process and real life. This was a waste of time. Beware and don't fall into the same trap.

Quick response by them. They seem pretty eager to hire. It made me suspect that turnover is high. The job seems more of a sales nature than my experience as a District Manager.
