2 stages officially. One competency based and the other person assessment. The competency interview was in person, with 2 other people, and the person assessment was remote with just one person.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Greensill in Mar 2021

Knew someone already and had interviewed w 3 folks and asked to write a paper thereafter. Was offered shortly later. Unfort the company went down shortly later. Overall pleasant interview and working experience. Many people were overpaid and not performing in my opinion.
